Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item was damaged in transit, or if we sent out the wrong item. Please be sure that you are purchasing the correct item and quantity before checking out.
To be eligible for a return of an incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Should the item arrive damaged, we will require photographs of the damaged item and/or package in order to open a claim with the carrier. Damaged or incorrect items will need to be returned prior to a replacement being sent out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items (excluding the above-noted situations) or gift cards.
Refunds
Should an item be ordered that is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If an item is returned due to damage during transit, or the incorrect item was shipped, a refund will only be issued once the returned item is received. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
